Red Cross: Helping Veteran Heroes – Recreation Therapy Supply Drive

Please join us in serving our community heroes by providing Recreation Therapy supplies that improve the quality of life and wellness to bed-ridden, hospitalized, and isolated veterans. The desired items will be distributed to veterans and used for art and music therapy. Below is a sample list of items that are needed and can be collected by Day of Caring participants.
- Colored pencils (small packs)
- Apple music gift cards
- Puzzle books
- Adult coloring books
- Paint sets (small sets)
- Paint brushes
- Painting canvas boards
- Watercolor paper
- Paint by number sets
- Simple wood painting kits (birdhouse)
- Small containers of Play-Doh
- Air-dry clay
- Simple model kits
- Puzzles up to 500 pieces
